The company is led by Rob Fiddaman, a respected figure in the UK music scene with a background as a radio presenter, music journalist, author, festival/live coordinator, and DJ. Known for his deep-rooted passion for new music and a keen instinct for emerging talent, Rob brings both creative insight and strategic experience to the label.
